Hired Fair after doing an online survey of satisfied customers for a french drain. Fair excels in speed of service and communication. I was expecting a one to two month timeline for the job and they completed it in a matter of days. They were highly communicative and kept me up to date on every step of the project via text and phone. The project wasn't cheap but it was reasonable. I had an approximately 80ft french drain installed on one side of my house. It was in a narrow corridor where all of my major utilities are buried. Because of this they had to hand-dig the entire trench. That inflated the price but again, it was competitively reasonable. They use online payment and digital contracts which helped speed everything up. I received an itemized estimate in less than 48 hours after I submitted my online quote request. Stephen and his crew created a pad in our sloping back yard upon which to install a playset for the grandkids.  They harvested the existing turf, levelled the area, added topsoil as needed, and reinstalled (and added new) turf.  All done quickly, efficiently, and neatly.
